基于工作流和Web ADF的辽宁省农村土地整治项目管理系统

Management System of Rural Land Reclamation Project in Liaoning Province Based on Workflow Engine and Web ADF

土地整治项目投入大,周期长,关系到农民切身利益,利用信息化手段对农村土地整治项目进行全程管理,对于提高其管理水平具备重大意义。根据辽宁省三级国土资源管理部门对土地整治项目管理的实际需求,设计了农村土地整治项目管理系统框架,采用C#语言、ADO.NET、Web ADF和工作流引擎等组件开发了农村土地整治项目管理系统。系统具有信息采集、网上签批、网上监管、图形辅助审查、项目查询统计等功能。国土资源管理部门利用该系统实现了农村土地整治项目全流程网上监管,提高了项目的管理水平。

Land reclamation project involves large investment and a long period and concerns the farmers＇ interests.It is of great significance for the improvement of the management level to supervise the whole process of information management of the rural land reclamation project.This paper designs the framework of rural land reclamation project management system according to the actual needs in project management of three levels of land and resources management departments in this province and develops the management system of rural land reclamation project using C # language,ADO.NET,Web ADF and workflow engine components.The system has such functions as information collection,online signature and approval,online supervision,graphics-aided review and project query statistics,thus realizing the whole process supervision of rural land renovation project and improving the management level of the land reclamation project.
