应用景观格局指标辨析土地利用规划之导向——以重庆市荣昌县为例

Land Use Planning Orientation Employing Landscape Pattern Indices: A Case Study of Rongchang County,Chongqing City

在ArcGIS、Fragstats 3.3等技术平台的支持下,以重庆市荣昌县2010年、2020年两期土地利用现状、规划图为数据源,运用数理统计分析方法与景观生态学原理,对荣昌县10年规划期的景观格局变化进行分析。结果表明:三大景观及其景观亚类变化剧烈,服务设施景观变化速度与幅度最大,其动态变化速率高达3.79‰;耕地、林地、城乡建设用地的转移变化最为明显;农业生态、服务设施景观的斑块数与密度、破碎化程度下降,平均斑块面积增大,几何形状趋于规律,连通性加强,农业生产景观有所减弱;整体景观碎散趋势减弱,蔓延性加强。总体来说,荣昌县10年间的土地利用规划科学、有效地分配了各产业部门用地,优化了土地利用格局,但同时也绝不可忽视耕地减少等问题。

Supported by ArcGIS and Fragstats 3.3 technique,using the maps of current land-use and land-use planning of Rongchang County,Chongqing City,in 2010 and 2020 as data source,this paper analyzes the landscape pattern change of Rongchang County in the 10-year planning period using statistical analysis method and the principle of landscape ecology.The results show that the three landscapes and landscape subtypes have changed drastically,the biggest rate and extent of the change being the service facilities landscape,with a dynamic change rate 3.79‰.The transfer of farmland,forest land,urban and rural construction land has changed most obviously.The number,density and fragmentation degree of patches in ecological agriculture landscape and service facilities landscape have declined while the average patch area increased,the geometrical shape tended to rule and connectivity enhanced.There was a certain degree of weakening in agricultural production landscape,with fragmentary trend of the overall landscape abated and the extent of contagion strengthened.In general,the land use planning of Rongchang County in the 10-year period allocated land for various industrial sectors and optimized the land use pattern scientifically and effectively; meanwhile,the reduction of arable land and other issues was never neglected.
