摘要
便携式大直径测量仪的设计采用了传统的滚轮法大直径工件测量原理,在保证测量精度及功能的情况下,有效减小了测量仪的整体尺寸。测量仪使用了编码器,编码器能够产生高分辨率脉冲数据,通过软件计数能够精确计算出滚轮滚动距离;测量时,颜色传感器能够有效识别标记并记录被测件转动圈数。硬件电路主控制芯片采用51单片机,负责数据采集处理、实现软件算法并实时输出结果至显示器。最后进行了软件控制程序说明和误差分析。
The traditional measurement principle with rolling-wheel method for large diameter was adopted in the design of portable measuring instrument.The overall size of the instrument,which is ensure of measurement accuracy and function in the case,was availably reduced.The instrument was equipped with encoders,which can generate pulse data with high-resolution,and accurately calculate the scrolling distance of rolling-wheel with encoders and software.Color recognition sensor can effectively identify the marks and record the number of turns of work piece.The main control chip 51 is responsible for data collection,processing and implementing algorithm and output the results to the monitor.Finally,the description of control program and error analysis were completed.
