摘要
在既能准确迅速测出变压器油中CO2气体浓度,又不影响其他气体测量精度的情况下,根据Beer-Lambert定理和红外吸收原理,研究并设计了一种基于红外传感器的CO2气体浓度检测器。重点介绍了该检测器结构、检测电路以及对检测结果的数据处理,并通过多次试验进行测试和校准,确保设计方案的可行性和实用性。
The new detector can measure the concentration of CO2 gas in the transformer oil accurately and rapidly without affecting the accuracy of other gas measurement.An infrared CO2 gas concentration detector is designed,according to the Beer-Lambert theorem and infrared absorption principle.This paper focuses on the structure of the detector,the detection circuit and data processing of test results.Moreover,to ensure the feasibility and practicality of the design,a number of calibration experiments have been carried out.
