努力完善县处级领导干部平时考核评价机制——基于H市的调研分析

摘要 县处级领导干部在地区经济社会发展中发挥着重要作用,加强对该群体的平时考核工作,有助于调动其工作积极性,促进优秀干部脱颖而出。H市县处级领导干部平时考核工作近年来取得了显著的成效,但也存在着诸如观念滞后、标准设置简单、指标设计不够科学以及考核结果运用不充分等问题。因此,应从明确考核内容、健全考核体系、创新考核方式及完善考核结果运用机制等方面入手,使平时考核成为考准考实干部的可靠依据。 leading cadres at county level plays an important role in the economic and social development in the region. Strengthening routine assessment of the leading cadres helps to mobilize the enthusiasm of their work and to promote outstanding cadres in their performance. The routine assessment in H city and county level has made great achievements, but still faces problems such as lagging ideologies, over-simplified standards, unreasonable index de- signs, and inadequate use of assessment results. Therefore, current work should focus on clarifying assessment con- tents, completing sound evaluation systems, innovation assessment forms and taking advantage of assessment results, therefore making routine assessment reliable basis for general test of leading cadres.
