摘要
针对缓慢灰化法检测煤样灰分耗时长、速度慢的弊病,在分析试验条件的改变对灰分检测结果准确性的影响基础上,从样煤质量的控制、灰化时间的控制两方面提出改进方案;对改进方案的煤样灰分-质量曲线进行分析,找出改进灰化条件的合理质量区间,并对其准确性进行验证。试验结果表明:合理质量区间内改进方案检测的煤样灰分值与仲裁法的基本吻合,具有一定的科学性和实用性,且有效缩短了检测时间。
According to the disadvantages of long time and slow speed of measuring the ash content of coal by slow - ashing method, based on analyzing the influence of change of testing condition on ash measurement accuracy, provides a new plan from aspects of control of the ashing time and coal sample quality; also analyzed the new ash curve samples, and finds the reasonable interval to improve the ash condition whose accuracy has been proved. As a result, the ash value from new plan conforms to the arbi- tration law and this is a scientific and practicability plan, and the testing time shortened effectively.
