摘要
为解决小康煤矿选煤厂破碎齿板容易松动及方尾螺栓安装空间受限的问题,对破碎机破碎辊和方尾螺栓进行改造。在轮毂与齿板连接面中间加一条高25 mm、宽30 mm的突出,在与其对应的齿板连接面上开一条深25 mm、宽30 mm凹槽,使其通过间隙配合紧密连接,该连接方式有效减少了螺栓松动现象;同时,经过改造的新型螺栓安装、紧固不再受空间限制,大大缩短了紧固破碎方尾螺栓的时间。
In order to solve the problems of broken tooth plate is easy to loose and transom bolt installa- tion space limited in Xiaokang colliery coal preparation plant, the crushing roller and transom bolt is modified. A projection with 30 mm height and 25 mm width was added in the central of the wheel and tooth plate junction surface, and on the corresponding tooth plate connection opened a groove with 25 mm depth and 30 mm width, which through the clearance fit created a tight connection. This connection measure effectively reduced the bolt looseness phenomenon, and fastening and installation a new type bolt not limited by the space, significantly shortened the fastening time of square tail bolt.
