摘要
与三产品重介旋流器选煤工艺相比,两产品重介旋流器主再选工艺灵活,中煤产品质量易于控制,但增加了主选底流脱介环节。通过三座选煤厂的设计实例,对比介绍了两产品重介旋流器主再选工艺中,主选底流弧形筛脱介、弧形筛+水平振动筛、固定筛+香蕉筛联合脱介方式及设备选型的优缺点,并针对不同脱介方式对系统介质平衡的影响提出了具体解决措施,在实际应用中均达到了预期效果。
Compared with three - product dense medium cyclone, the process of primary separation and secondary separation with two product dense medium cyclone is flexible and easy to control the quality of middlings, but added the link of medium draining of underflow of primary separation. Based on the de- sign examples of three preparation plants, compared the advantages and disadvantages of medium draining of underflow by sieve bend, sieve bend combined with horizontal vibration screen, and fixed screen com- bined with banana screen, on this basis, presented the solutions against the effects of different medium draining methods on medium balance in system, which solutions all achieved desired effect in their appli- cation.
