摘要 为解决涡北选煤厂重介中煤和矸石灰分偏低的问题,采取在重介生产系统掺入粗粒介质的措施。其他条件不变时,在系统掺粗后重介中煤灰分上升约5个百分点,矸石灰分上升约2.5个百分点,初步解决了重介中煤灰分偏低的问题,提高了中煤回收率。 To solve the problem of low ash content of middlings and refuse in dense medium system in Wuobei coal preparation plant, taken the measure of adding the coarse particle size medium into the dense medium separation system. After adding the coarse particle medium into the dense medium system, while other conditions unchanged, the ash content of middlings and refuse increased by 5% and 2.5% respectively, that initially solved the problem of low ash content of middlings in dense medium system, increased the recovery rate of middlings.
