田庄选煤厂产业升级改造的回顾与思考

Review and thinking of industrial upgrading and modifying in Tianzhuang coal preparation plant

2012年底平顶山天安煤业股份有限公司田庄选煤厂历时三年的产业升级改造工程顺利完成,并投产运行。产业升级改造后,田庄选煤厂产能大幅提升,各项消耗指标大幅下降,达到预期的改造目标。结合生产实践,对产业升级改造的过程进行回顾,介绍了改造中的一些成功经验,并对其中的不足进行总结。

At the end of 2012, the industrial upgrading and modification project over the past three years in Tianzhuang coal preparation plant, Pingdingshan Tianan Coal Co Ltd smoothly complete and put into operation. After industrial upgrading, the production capacity increased and the various kinds consump- tion decreased substantially in Tianzhuang coal preparation plant, reached the prospected target. Based on the production practice, the article reviewed the process of the upgrading, and introduced some expe- riences and summarized some shortages.
