对含氢硅油生产过程中产生的凝胶物进行了分离、检测,确定了该凝胶物为含有部分T链节的支链状含氢聚硅氧烷包裹摩尔质量较低的含氢聚硅氧烷构成,且支链含氢聚硅氧烷中含部分羟基。凝胶物中羟基的残余可能是高分子缠绕现象造成的,支链含氢聚硅氧烷的形成原因可能是甲基氢二氯硅烷水解过程中生成长链高分子产物,或Si—H键断裂形成支链含氢聚硅氧烷,包裹了低摩尔质量线性含氢聚硅氧烷。
The main structure and composition of the gel generated during the production of hydrogen- ated silicone oil are determined through separation and testing. It composes T branched chain of the hy- drogen-containing polysiloxane containing lower molar mass of hydrogen polysiloxane siloxane, and its branch has the hydrogen-containing polysiloxane and hydroxyl. The hydroxyl residue in the gel may be caused by the entaglement of the polymers. The reason that a branched hydrogen-containing is formed may be that long chain polymer is growing during the hydrolysis of hydrogen methyl dichlorosilane, or a branched chain hydrogen polysiloxane in Si--H bond breaking, wrapping low molar mass of the linear hy- drogen-containing polysiloxane.
