摘要 近几年随着纺织业的快速发展,熔体直纺项目大增,我公司熔体直纺项目,供热形式是热媒炉燃烧供热。随着产能的增加,热量需求越来越高,受设备老化和改造空间的限制原脱硫技术已经无法满足环境要求。现经反复研究通过在沉灰池中接入PH调节仪探头,根据实时PH设定值,来调整喷淋水的PH值来达到脱硫的目的。随着产能的逐步增大,我公司原来的脱硫技术现已经无法满足环境要求。现经过反复研究在沉灰池中加入纯碱直接调整喷流水的PH值来达到脱硫的目的。 In recent years, with the rapid development of the textile industry, the project greatly increased melt spinning, I melt spinning project, heating form HTM furnace combustion heating. With the increase in production capacity, the heat is increasingly high demand by aging equipment and transform space limitations of the original desulfurization technology has been unable to meet the environmental requirements. Has now been repeated studies by Shen ash pool access PH regulator probes, according to the real-time PH settings to adjust the PH value of water spray to achieve the purpose of desulfurization. With the gradual increase in production capacity, the company now has the original desulfurization technology can not meet the environmental requirements. After much research now join the pool soda ash in the sink spray directly adjust the PH value of water to achieve the purpose of desulfurization.
