摘要
实现中华民族复兴的"中国梦"治国理念为国家开放大学以"开放、责任、质量、多样化、国际化"为核心的办学理念指明了方向。将对"中国梦"的理解作为宏观战略要求,把开放大学核心办学理念转化为方程式表达的变量作为微观定位要求,在残疾人开放教育社会工作本科专业课程设置方面,将素质类、创新类与应用类三类课程在横向方面体现,把公共基础、专业基础、专业理论、专业拓展四种课程在纵向方面体现,构建科学的课程配置,形成基于"中国梦"理念的残疾人高等教育人才培养模式。
President Xi Jinping's inaugural speech on his political idea of the “Chinese dream” has won applause from home and abroad. The Open University of China made its strategic dimensions of its academic pursuit accordingly, i.e. “open, responsibility, quality, diversity, internationality” to achieve its core competences. To realize the “Chinese dream” means to have perspective ideal, to take the path with Chinese characteristic, to seek truth and pursue it, to be with world perspectives and to be beneficial to the human kind. We embrace these aforementioned five points as our strategic approach, transforming the core competences into three different statistical variables such as: aptitude, innovativeness and pragmatism. While we apply these variables into the horizontal axis, the vertical axis will be analyzed with four levels of curricular values such as: general basic level, specific basic level, specific theories, and specific application courses. By this way, we have cascaded the “Chinese dream” into our curriculum design for the handicapped education at Open University.
