政务微博在应急信息管理中的应用研究综述

The Application of Microblogging Government in Emergency Information Management

论文梳理了政务微博应用于应急信息管理的学术研究基本情况,包括政务微博的传播特性,政务微博的作用、存在的问题及成因,以及加强政务微博在应急信息管理中应用的对策等。国外学者比较重视案例研究方法,国内早期多侧重于理论性研究,近年来也开始注重实证分析。提出加强政务微博在应急信息管理中应用研究,必须进一步整合研究方法和研究思路,进一步拓展研究视角,进一步深化研究内容。

This paper generalizes the basic situation on the application of microblogging government in emergency information management. The main research contents include： the propagation characteristics of the government microblogging,the effects, sts problems and causes of the government microblogging in the emergency information management,the countermeasure study to strength the government microblogging in the emergency information management and so on.Foreign scholars emphasis on case study method,while domestic scholars early focusing on theoretical research turn to empirical analysis.Strengthen the application of microblogging government in emergency information management,we should further integrate research methods and ideas,further expand research perspectives and further deepen research contents.
