推进我国体育产业发展的立法保障研究

On Legislative Protection of China's Sport Industry

在体育产业发展方面,立法发挥着重要作用,它是加快体育产业发展的内在要求,是政府部门对体育产业进行宏观调控的现实需要,也是借鉴国际先进经验的理性选择,但是我国体育相关立法严重缺乏,加强促进体育产业发展的配套立法,已成为摆在我们面前的重要任务。

Sport industry has been a new growing point of the world economy as well as pillar industry of many countries. China’s sport industry is also rising abruptly,while it still has certain shortage.Law plays an important roll on the development of sport industry.It’s the inherent demand to accelerate the development of sport industry,realistic necessity for the government to regulate sport industry,and rational selectionto learn from international experience.There are some defects for China’s law to acceleratethe development of sport industry,which needs improvement by the legislators.
