摘要 针对传统的巷道压力监测方法存在测量精度低、可靠性差、节点扩展性差、测量结果无法自动上传、分析和处理等问题,设计了一种基于ZigBee的煤矿巷道压力监测系统。该系统利用传感器节点实现巷道压力的精确测量,测量结果以无线通信方式传送给汇聚节点,并由汇聚节点上传地面监控计算机,实现巷道压力的实时、可靠监测。测试结果表明,该系统可实现锚杆受力大小的精密测量,并可实时上传测量结果。 In view of problems of low measuring precision, bad reliability, bad scalability of nodes and non-automatica uploading, analyzing and processing for measuring results, a tunnel pressure monitoring system of coal mine based on ZigBee was designed. The system uses sensor nodes to realize accurate measurement for tunnel pressure, and measuring result is sent to convergent node which sends the measuring result to surface monitoring computer, so as to realize real-time and reliable monitoring for the tunnel pressure. The test result shows that the system can realize precision measurement for stress ofanchor and can upload the measuring result real-timely.
