Design of the Computer Training Course with WPA in the School-Enterprise Cooperation Mode——Taking Cabling Training as an Example

本文主要分析了在实训课中应用WPA(工作现场分析法)教学法能有效地提高学生的技能。同时将WPA方法推广应用于校企合作形式下的实训课程中,对培养与企业直接对口的技能型人才将起到更大的促进作用。文章以综合布线实训课程为案例,说明了如何利用校企合作的条件,将WPA法应用在实训课程中。

This paper mainly analyzes the application of WPA （Work Place Analysis） in the training course which can effectively improve the students＆#39; skills. The application of WPA in the school-enterprise cooperation mode will promote the training of skilled talent training suitable to the enterprise. Taking the cabling training course as an example, this paper illustrates how to use apply WPA in training courses in the school-enterprise cooperation situation.
