摘要
用电阻点焊方法实现了铝合金+铝合金薄板、铝合金+镀锌钢薄板在同种工艺参数下的有效连焊.通过对焊接接头进行力学性能、显微硬度、金相组织、界面成分的观察和测试,分析点焊接头形成机理和存在的各种质量问题,同种工艺下铝-铝接头与铝-镀锌钢接头相比,熔核尺寸较小,强度却大很多,从铝-铝点焊接头金相组织的观察可以看出焊缝和热影响区存在裂纹、未熔合、未完全融合、未焊透、夹渣和气孔等缺陷,而铝-镀锌钢接头中存在的缺陷较少.
The resistance spot welding of an aluminum alloy plate and an aluminum alloy/galvanized steel plate was carried out.In addition,the shear strength and microhardness of the welded are carried out with a testing machine.The microstructures of the joints are analyzed through metallographic microscopy and SEM.The interface composition distribution of a resistance spot welded was tested by electron probe.The formation mechanism of a spot welding joint and a variety of quality problems are discussed.The results indicated that:for an aluminum alloy joint,its melt nuclear size is smaller and its shear strength is bigger,compared with an aluminum alloy/galvanized steel sheet joints; an aluminum alloy spot welding joint microstructure and its heat affected zone have some cracks,incomplete fusion,slag inclusion and porosity,but the defects existing in an aluminum/galvanized steel joint are less.
