摘要
以2,2',2″-三氯乙基胺盐酸盐、咪唑或苯并咪唑为起始物,经中间产体-氮杂三咪唑1、氮杂三苯并咪唑2,继而在高稀淡条件下采用"一锅法"合成了笼状氮杂三咪唑鎓环番3、4、笼状氮杂三苯并咪唑鎓环番5;经IR和1H NMR、13C NMR,MS谱表征了环番3、4、5的结构.
Cage aza-tri-imidazolium cyclophanes 3,4,5 have been synthesized via intermediate Aza-tri-imidazolium 1 or Aza-tri-benzimidazolium 2 reacting with tribromide compounds by one-pot method under high dilution condition,with 2,2',2″-trichloroethylamine hydrochloride,imidazole and benzimidazole as the starting materials.The structures of cyclophanes 3,4,5 were characterized by IR,1H NMR,13C NMR and MS.
