施肥对巫山淫羊藿和柔毛淫羊藿产量的影响

Effects of Fertilizations on Yields of Epimedium wushanense and E. pubescens

采用氮(N)、磷(P)、钾(K)三因素五水平L25(53)的正交实验设计,研究不同的施肥处理对移栽的巫山淫羊藿(Epimedium wushanense)及柔毛淫羊藿(Epimedium pubescens)产量的影响,以期为淫羊藿属植物的栽培提供理论依据.结果表明:施有机肥(猪粪)能极显著提高巫山淫羊藿和柔毛淫羊藿的产量,且效能优于N、P、K最优组合;适宜的N、P、K组合(巫山淫羊藿的叶产量在A5B4C3处理下最高,茎产量在A5B5C4处理下最高;柔毛淫羊藿的叶和茎产量均在A5B5C4处理下最高)能显著提高两种淫羊藿的产量,但过量的N、P、K则抑制了其生长,使其减产;N、P对两种淫羊藿产量的作用最大,K对其的产量有一定的影响.因此,在巫山淫羊藿和柔毛淫羊藿的栽培过程中,建议合理地使用有机肥或适宜比例的N、P、K将有助于提高产量.

In order to provide theoretical basis for the cultivation of the genus Epimedium,the effects of fertilizations on the yields of E.wushanense and E.pubescens with the different fertilizations were studied using orthogonal designing methods L25 （53） with different ratios of nitrogen （N）,phosphorus （P）,and potassium （K）.The results showed that the yields of E.wushanense and E.pubescens were significantly increased with organic fertilization whose effectiveness was better than that of the optimal proportion of N,P and K（the leaf yields of E.wushanense with the treatment of A5 B4C3 were highest;the cauline yields of E.wushanense,the leaf yields and the cauline yields of E.pubescens with the treatment of A5B5C4 were highest,respectively） ;the appropriate proportion of N,P and K increased yields of E.wushanense and E.pubescens while excessive combination of N,P and K inhibited the growth of E.wushanense and E.pubescens and decreased the yields of them;N and P contributed the most to the yields of E.wushanense and E.pubescens,and K had an impact on the yields of them.Therefore,it is helpful to increase the yields of E.wushanense and E.pubescens with organic manure and appropriate proportion of N,P and K in cultivation.
