摘要
岭澳二期核电站DCS的应用是岭澳二期核电站重大技术改进项之一,采用德国西门子公司TELEPERM XP和AREVA公司TELEPERM XP产品,机柜主要安装在电气厂房LX和联接厂房WX的+11.5 m、+15.5 m标高层,主控室在LX+19.4 m,厂房土建结构与岭澳一期结构相同。受设计、供货和土建问题影响,很大程度上不能满足DCS机柜安装的需要,出现了一些安装问题。此外,由于各种原因,导致DCS供货、设计上存在一定问题,对DCS安装影响很大。
Application of DCS in Ling Ao II is a major technical improvement, which adopt German Siemens＇ TELEPERM XP and AREVA＇ s TELEPERM XP. The cabinet is mainly installed at the level of ＋11.5 m and ＋15.5 m of the electrics building LX and connection building WX. The main control room is located at LX＋lg.4 m, the civil structure is the same as Ling Ao I. A lot of problems was raised by design, supply and civil construction during the installation of DCS cabinet, which can not meet the requirement. For various reasons, some problems also existed between DCS supply and design, which seriously influence the DCS installation.
