论高职院校学生顶岗实习权益的维护

On the Protection of the Rights of the High Vocational Students during the Post Practice

在职业教育改革发展过程中,工学结合、顶岗实习是的基础环节和关键任务。高职院校学生顶岗实习中存在一些问题,特别是学生权益缺乏保障,本文从对实习学生身份的界定出发,提出应立法明确政府、企业、学校等各自的责任,保护学生的合法权益得到有效保护,确保顶岗实习工作积极稳妥健康地开展。

In the reform and development of the vocational education, combining of learning and internships and post practice are the basic chain and key tasks. Some problems exist in the post practice of the high vo- cational college students, especially the students＇ rights are in lack of protection. From the start of the i- dentification of the students during the post practice, it is pointed out that the responsibility of the govern- ment, enterprises and schools should be identified clearly, so that the legal right of the students are protec- ted effectively, and the post practice is carried out actively, smoothly and healthily.
