Promoting the Rural Medical Treatment,Fundamental Education Are More Fair Measures

城乡发展不平衡,是制约我国经济社会持续健康发展的重要瓶颈,党的十八大报告提出消除城乡二元结构,实现城乡协调发展,更加关注民生问题,完善农村医疗保障制度、加强基础教育的公平,是缩小城乡差距的有力手段,是全面建成小康社会,实现共同富裕的必经之路。

The imbalance of the development between rural and urban development, is becoming a bottle- neck which holds back the continual economic development of our country. It is pointed out in the work re- port of the 18th CPC National Congress that the Urban rural dual structure must be diminished, the rural and urban areas can develop coordinately, we should pay more attention to livelihood issues, and perfect the rural medical and insurance systems, strengthen the fairness of fundamental education. All these are the very important ways to shorten the difference between rural areas and urban areas. It is a necessary path to realize the rich society and realize the dream of being rich together.
