同种免疫性抗体致血小板输注无效输血策略的国内外研究进展 被引量：32

摘要 血小板输血是现代成分输血的重组成部分。随着临床输血事业的发展，血小板的使用日益广泛。但随着血小板的大量使用，血小板输注无效（Plate．1ettransfusionrefractory，PTR）成为困扰临床医生的常见问题。同种免疫性抗体的产生是导致血小板输注无效的重原因。为血小板输注无效患者选择最佳匹配血小板进行输注，减少输注无效症的发生．
