超超临界汽轮发电机试验站励磁系统设计

摘要 百万千瓦级超超临界汽轮发电机试验站励磁系统的设计,应满足最大容量等级汽轮发电机的试验要求,同时也尽量采用安全可靠的先进电力电子器件。由电力电子整流装置代替旋转励磁电机,更便于试验系统的运行与维护;由电力二极管器件代替机械快速开关,既精简了操作程序,也降低了设备的维护成本。经过试验验证采用电力电子整流装置、电力二极管的励磁系统完全满足被试汽轮发电机型式试验要求。 As for excitation system design of IO00MW ultra supercritical turbogenerator test station, it should satisfy the test requirements of turbogenerator with maximum capacity lev- el firstly. At the same time, it should also adopt the safe, reliable and advanced power elec- tronic devices to the greatest extent. Replacing the rotating excitation motor with power electron- ic rectification device is convenient for operation and maintenance of test system. Replacing the mechanical high-speed switch with power diode device not only simplifies operating procedures of turbogenerator, but also reduces maintenance cost. It has been verified by experiment that the excitation system with power electronic rectification device and power diode can completely satisfy type test requirements of the tested turbogenerator.
