摘要 为了研究超声处理鳞片石墨表面的清洗作用,以不同频率不同超声时间的石墨为研究对象,采用激光粒度仪、比表面及孔径分析仪、电子显微镜等仪器分析了石墨的粒度、形貌及品位的变化,试验结果表明:石墨在超声过程中,不同频率在不同的时间段内,对石墨的粒度分布和品位的影响是不同的,当超声频率为20 kHz处理时间为1.5 min时,石墨的品位提高了0.62%;超声处理后,石墨的平均粒度均有不同程度的减小;试验证明超声处理过程的清洗作用是鳞片石墨表面净化的主导作用。 In order to study on the cleaning role of the flake graphite surface by ultrasonic, the flake graphite treated by ultrasonic with different frequency and time was researched. And the changes of the graphite were studied on size, morphology and the grade with cilas L1064, the surface area porosity analyzer and SEM. The experiment showed that the influence was different in the size distribution and the grade when the graphite was treated by ultrasonic with different time and frequency. The graphite~ grade increased 0.62% when the graphite was treated 1.5 min with the frequency of 20 kHz, and the graphite g size decreased more or less after ultrasonic treatment; The experiment also showed that the cleaning was the main aspect in purifying surface by ultrasonic treatment.
