摘要
研究了硅溶胶对高铝质低水泥喷涂料的烧结性能和烧后力学性能的影响,并与CA-50、CA-70铝酸钙水泥进行了对比。结果表明:高铝质低水泥喷涂料加入3%的硅溶胶,可使纳米SiO2吸附在活性α-Al2O3颗粒表面并填充颗粒间隙,通过采取一定的工艺措施,使SiO2在试样中达到定量均匀掺入目的,提高试样综合性能。硅溶胶产生的莫来石反应化更好的提高了试样的常温力学能和中温热处理后的力学性能,使用CA-70铝酸钙水泥时效果提高效果更显著。3%的硅溶胶对试样的烧结性能得到明显改善,常温下改善效果最明显,1000℃下对烧结强度有明显提高,1450℃热处理后两者(加或者不加硅溶胶)强度趋于相同。
Compared with CA-50 and CA-70 calcium aluminate cement, the effect of silica sol on the sintering properties and mechanical properties after burn of high aluminum low cement spray paint was investigated. The results show that by adding of 3% silica sol and taking technology , the SiO2 can be uniformly distributed in the sample by the nano-SiO2 in the low cement paint adsorbed on the surface of activated α-Al2O3 particles and filled the gap which can achieve the purpose of quantitative evenly mixed and improve the comprehensive performance of low cement castable. Reaction of the mullite and nanoeffects by silica sol improved the mechanical properties of room temperature and 1000℃ of samples, the effect of which was remarkable by using CA-70 calcium aluminate cement. The sintering performance of samples by adding 3% silica sol can be significantly improved and the most obvious improvement was at room temperature. The sintered strength was significantly enhanced under 1000 ℃ and both (with or without silicon sol) strength tends to be the same when firing at 1450℃.
