介绍了一种以丙烯酸(AA)为原料,二烯丙基异山梨醇(DAI)为交联剂,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂在溶剂中合成速溶性丙烯酸树脂,同时讨论反应过程中单体浓度、引发剂添加量和交联剂添加量对速溶性丙烯酸树脂产品性能的影响,确定了速溶性丙烯酸树脂合成的最优工艺。
The Quick-soluble Acrylic resin was synthesized by acrylic acid in solvent,and Diallyl isosorbide( DAI) as crosslinking agent,and AIBN as initiator. Monomer concentration,crosslinking agent dosage and Initiator dosage on the impact of performance of Quick-soluble Acrylic resin were discussed. The optimum Synthesis process of Quick-soluble Acrylic resin was obtained.
