Beer Development of Pine Needles and Honey

以蜂蜜、松针、马铃薯、酒花和水为原料研制了新型保健啤酒,结果表明:以20%的马铃薯、1%的松针、17%的蜂蜜制成的料液,经发酵制成的啤酒感观指标和理化指标优于国家标准。

New beer of healthcare was developed using honey ,pine needles ,potatoes ,hops and water as ingredients .The results showed that the beer was produced by the feed solution which was made from 20% potatoes ,1% pine needles and 17% honey ,and fermented .Sensory and physicochemical parame-ters of the new beer were better than national standards of beer in china .
