棘梢斑螟危害对樟子松球果象甲SOD活性的影响

摘要 棘梢斑螟是樟子松的重要种实害虫,严重危害樟子松的球果。受害后的球果SOD活性发生明显变化,随危害等级的增加,总SOD活力呈现先上升后下降的趋势,危害等级为2级时总SOD活力最高,危害等级为3级时总SOD活力虽有所下降但仍高于0级。还对黄嘌呤氧化酶法测樟子松球果总SOD活力的最佳取样量、显色稳定性及可重复性做了研究,结果表明,最佳取样量为80μL,该方法显色稳定,可重复性强。为树种选优提供了一定的理论基础。 Dioryctria mutatella Fuchs is one of the important kinds of seed pests ,which harm the cones of Pinus sylvestris var .mongovica seriously .The SOD activities of the harmed cones will be obviously changed .With the increase of the hazard rating ,the total SOD vitality decline after rising first .The total SOD vitality is the highest when the hazard level to the level 2 .The SOD activities of the level 3 de-creased but still higher than the level 0 .The best sampling quantity ,color stability and repeatability of xanthine oxidase method to assay the total SOD vitality of Pinus sylvestris var .mongovicawere studied in this paper .The results showed that the optimum sampling amount is 80μL .The method is not affected by developing time and it has a better repeatability .This paper provides a certain theoretical basis for trees selection .
