UV-C照射对赤霞珠叶片抗氧化酶系的影响 被引量:4

摘要 以酿酒葡萄赤霞珠叶片为试材,采用短波紫外(UV-C,254 nm)照射,初步研究了UV-C照射0,30,60,120,240 min后对葡萄叶片中抗氧化酶系的影响。结果表明,UV-C照射后,随时间的延长,活性氧清除系统中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量均呈先升高后下降的趋势;过氧化物酶(POD)活性呈先升高后下降再升高的趋势。方差分析结果表明,SOD活性与对照间差异达到显著水平;POD活性与对照间差异达到极显著水平;MDA含量与对照间差异均未达显著水平。 Influences of UV-C radiation on the changes of SOD, POD activity and MDA content in leaves of Vitis vinifera L. cv. Cabernet Sauvignon were studied. The result showed : With the increase of radiation time, antioxidant system activity of SOD enhanced first and then reduced slightly; POD activity obviously increased first, then decreased and later increased once more; and MDA content was higher in UV-C treatment than in the control. The results of variance analysis showed that the difference in SOD activity and POD activity reached significant and extremely significant levels, whereas the difference in MDA content was not so significant.
