摘要
选取反刍动物常用饲料样品6种,应用康奈尔净碳水化合物和蛋白质体系(CNCPS)提出的碳水化合物和蛋白质分类方法,分别测定了饲料的粗蛋白(CP)、非蛋白氮(NPN)、可溶性粗蛋白(SCP)、酸性洗涤不溶蛋白(ADIP)、中性洗涤不溶蛋白(NDIP)及酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、木质素和淀粉。并根据康奈尔体系提出的计算方法计算了饲料粗蛋白中的非蛋白氮(PA)、快速降解蛋白质(PB1)、结合蛋白质(PC)、中度降解蛋白质(PB2)、慢速降解蛋白质(PB3)和碳水化合物中的不可利用纤维(CC)、可利用纤维(CB2)、淀粉、果胶(CB1)和糖类(CA)。比较了CNCPS评定饲料营养价值较常规方法的优点,建议建立常规饲料CNCPS评定的数据库,广泛采用CNCPS来评定饲料营养价值。
In application of Connell net carbohydrate and protein system (CNCPS) of carbohydrate and protein classification method with six selected samples of common feed for ruminant animal, the forage crude protein, non protein nitrogen (NPN), soluble protein(SCP), acid detergent insoluble protein(ADIP) and neutral detergent insoluble protein(NDIP) and acid detergent fiber (ADF), neutral detergent fiber (NDF), lignin and starch were determined respectively. And the calculation of the non protein nitrogen crude protein in feed according to the calculation method proposed by Connell (PA), the rapid degradation of proteins (PB 1 ), binding protein (PC), moderate degradation of proteins (PB2), slow degradation of proteins (PB3) and carbohydrates unusable fiber (CC), usable fiber (CB2), starch, pectin (CB1) and carbohydrate (CA) was conducted. Comparison of the CNCPS evaluating feed nutritional value with the conventional method was conducted and it is proposed for the establishment of the conventional feed evaluation of CNCPS database and of the wide use of CNCPS nutrition value assessment in feed.
