摘要
介绍了一种高炉无料钟炉顶设备齿轮箱在线检测系统的组成和特点,该系统可以实时监测齿轮箱的运行状态,具有实时信号采集、处理、报警及故障分析和智能诊断功能。利用该系统对武钢某高炉齿轮箱运行过程数据进行分析、判断,有效的延长了齿轮箱检修周期,保证了高炉的正常生产。
The configuration and characteristics of on-line monitoring system of the gear box at the bell-less fur- nace top are described. The system can perform the real-time monitoring of the operating status of the gear box. It has the functions of real-time signal collecting and processing, alarm, fault analysis, and intelligent diagno- sis. The system has been used in the analysis of the operation data of the gear box at a certain furnace top in WISCO. It can extend the maintenance interval of the gear box so as to ensure the normal operation.
