摘要
国茂减速机集团有限公司为某大型球磨机设计的单边双传动减速器,采用齿轮轴自校式均载结构。使输入轴的功率,通过由两个自校式小齿轮组成的传动链传递到同一只大齿轮上,并使两条传动链传递功率始终保持相等,实现了均载的目的。并为该减速器装配研制了专用的齿轮工装结构,该方法简单、可靠,无需外加均载机构,节约了制造成本。
Guomao Reducer Group Co. , Ltd. designed a single-side double transmitting reducer for a large ball mill, in which the self-correction loading-balancing structure of gear shaft is adopted. The power that comes from input shaft is transmitted to a big gear through two transmission chains formed by two self-balancing pin- ions. The power on each pinion is equal all the time, which realizes the purpose of load-balancing. A dedicated gear assembling tool was also developed for the reducer. This method is simple and credible, and unnecessary to add other balancing mechanism. The method saved the manufacture cost.
