2450冷轧铝合金带材展平压下量与张力分析

摘要 以某厂的2450五辊展平机组为研究对象,运用Abaqus有限元软件对其在不同工艺条件下带材的应力应变状态进行了仿真,并提出了相关的评价指标。系统的仿真计算与分析不仅揭示了铝带材展平变形的机理,指出了压下量、张力等因素对展平过程及效果的影响规律及特点,并且对压下量以及张力两种工艺调整方案进行了对比分析。 In this paper, the strain state and stress state is researched by using finite element method software Abaqus according to a five roll flattening machine. In order to describe behaviors and principles of the flattening process, a series of new definitions and descriptions are put forward. Based on large numbers of numerical sim- ulation and systemic analysis, some rules of flattening process and relations between the effect of flattening and technics factor, such as reduction, tension and so on, are discovered. And many significative conclusions about flattening technology and behavior are obtained. In addition, analyzed the comparison of two kinds of process scheme: reduction adjustment and tension adjustment.
