摘要
针对利用解析法描述带材矫直变形过程难度大的问题,本文采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元分析软件对23辊矫直机建立模型,通过沙漏及其能量分析确定模型的合理性,仿真结果:随着压弯量的增大,实现矫直过程会越来越困难。当被矫直带材厚度为3 mm时,合理的压弯量应小于1.12 mm。
It is very difficult to describe the deformation process of steel strip straightening using the analytic method. The model of the 23-roller straightening machine is established using the finite element analysis soft- ware ANSYS/LS-DYNA. Hourglass and its energy are analyzed to examine the rationality of the model. The simulation results are analyzed. Increasing the bending will increase the difficulty of straightening, and the rea- sonable bending for the steel strip 3mm thick shall be less than 1.12mm.
