摘要
分析了环境、运行时间等因素对半导体传感器温漂和时漂具行为特征的影响,提出了一种新型的传感器适配电路结构,采用主、副传感器构成桥式取样电路,用主传感器感应被测气体,用副传感器感应环境参数从而补偿非线性误差,以改善传感器的响应特性,提高了系统的工作性能;运行表明:传感器具较好的效果,适合用于变压器油中气体在线监测和状态评估。
In this paper, Error due to temperature drift and time drift of the semiconductor gas sensor is analyzed, and it is found that the behavior characteristics of the same type sensors under the similar circumstance are similar. A new type circuit of the sensor is designed by using an auxiliary sensor, which has been validated by applying in the oil dissolved gas monitor in field.
