摘要
针对新近开通的京石武高铁邯郸东牵引变电所送电投运时发生的一起短路事故,分析了事故产生的原因。通过与一般直供方式对比,研究并探讨了全并联AT供电方式下牵引网的保护功能和故障测距功能,并给出了合理化建议,从而避免类似事故的再次发生。
By a short-circuit of Handan East traction substation putting into operation of the newly opened high-speed railway of Beijing-Shijiazhuang-Wuhan, take analysis of the causes of the accident. By contrast with the general direct traction power supply, research and explores the parallel AT traction power supply network protection features and mal- function location function, and gives the rationalization proposals, in order to avoid similar incidents from happening a- gain.
