摘要 目的为了满足数码印刷机产品展示和辅助教学的需要,利用虚拟现实技术设计与制作数码印刷机的虚拟演示系统。方法以DocuColor 5065数码印刷机为研究对象,根据收集到的资料在AutoCAD中绘制CAD图,或者在Illustrator中勾勒出模型曲线,而后在3ds Max中进行建模。经相关优化处理后导入到VRP平台中进行后期处理,实现虚拟印刷流程展示、构件介绍、分步解说等功能。结果最终构建出数码印刷机虚拟演示系统,通过该系统能够观看印刷机实物展示、装配动画、装配步骤等,了解印刷机的各个零部件和印刷的实际过程。结论将虚拟现实技术应用于数码印刷机中,不但能够对产品进行数据化描述和可视化呈现,使用户了解印刷机的内外部结构和相关特性,而且为数码印刷机的演示流程提供一个展示平台。 Objective In order to display digital printer products and assist teaching, virtual reality technology was used to create digital printer virtual demonstration system. Methods The design used DocuColor 5065 digital printer as the research ob- ject, and drew CAD images and curves of the model in AutoCAD and Illustrator based on the collected data. Finally a model was built in 3ds Max. After optimization, the model was imported into the VRP platform to realize virtual printing process dis- play, component introduction and step-by-step explanations. Results A digital printer virtual demonstration system was finally established. Through the system, people can watch printing demonstration, assembly animation and assembly procedures. The system can also help users to understand the machine parts and the actual printing process. Conclusion The virtual reality tech- nology used in the digital printer can not only carry on the digital description and visualization display, helping users to ac- quaint with the internal and external structure of the digital printer, but also provide a display platform for the demonstration process of the digital printer.
