摘要
目的研究彩喷纸结构变化对纸张物理性能和喷墨打印性能的影响。方法改变胶黏剂PVA和颜料SiO2之比,获得不同涂层结构的彩喷纸,测定、分析和评价彩喷纸结构对其物理性能和喷墨打印性能的影响。结果增加胶黏剂用量,涂层的孔隙率和平均孔径会趋于减小。平均孔径与纸张粗糙度、透气度之间分别显示出良好的负、正线性相关性,相关系数分别为0.663,0.812。涂层结构对表面光泽度的影响较小。涂层的平均孔径越大,实地密度值越大,阶调、色域和颜色再现越逼真。纸张的平均孔径与文稿和线条面积间呈现负相关性,相关系数分别为0.776,0.767,平均孔径越大,文稿面积越小,打印质量越好。结论平均孔径与纸张粗糙度、透气度等性能有较大影响,且影响纸张的打印性能。
Objective To investigate the influences of coating layer structure on both physical and printing qualities of pa- per. Methods Different coating layers were obtained by changing the ratios of polyvinyl alcohol adhesives and silicon dioxide pigments in the coating formula. Then the influences of coating structure on the physical properties and ink-jet printing per- formance of the coated paper were measured and evaluated. Results The results showed that as the ratio of adhesive increased, the coating porosity and average pore diameter tended to decrease and had negative linear correlation with paper roughness while positive linear correlation with air permeability, with correlation coefficients of 0.663 and 0. 812, respectively. The print densi- ty, tone, color gamut and color reproduction became better with larger average pore diameter. The coefficients between the av- erage pore diameter and the text and lines were 0. 776 and 0. 767, respectively. Conclusion The large average pore diameter decreased the text area, resulting in high printing resolution.
