数字出版是将传统出版与数字化技术相结合的产物,它是医学期刊出版发展的必然趋势。本文阐述了目前国内医学期刊数字化出版的主要形式,从数字化方式、网站建设、资源共享性以及知识产权保护等方面分析了医学期刊出版数字化中存在的问题。为解决这些问题,我们需要不断将传统出版与新技术、新媒体相融合,创新出版模式;推行期刊的个性化服务,完善门户网站的建设;发展OA期刊以促进资源共享;同时建立版权保护机制,保护好知识产权。

Digital publication is the combination of traditional publication and digital technology, and it is the inevitable trend of medical journals publication. This study describes the main models of digital publication, and discusses the problems during digitalization process, such as digital method, website construction, resource sharing and intellectual property protection. To solve these problems, we should combine traditional publication with new technology and new media to create new publication models; provide personal service and improve the website construction; develop OAjournals to promote resource sharing; and establish protection system for intellectual property.
