摘要
该文对于葡萄酒的分级问题建立了数学模型,从数学角度客观地对葡萄酒质量的优劣进行了评价。首先对葡萄酒的一系列理化指标进行主成分分析,然后对27个红葡萄酒样本进行聚类分析,整个过程利用SPSS软件进行求解和计算。利用数学模型,可以在很大程度上排除葡萄酒分级的人为因素及主观性,使结果更为客观。
In this paper, mathematical model is established to the wine classification problem. And it is objectively evaluated the the quality of grape wine quality from the perspective of mathematics. Firstly, it analyzes the main elements of the wine through a series of chemical indexes. Then it analyzes 27 samples to calculate the result by SPSS. The application of mathematical model could greatly avoid subjective factors, so that the results are much more objective when classifying wine.
