HPLC法测定茜芷片中欧前胡素的含量

Determination of Imperatorin in Qianzhi Pills by HPLC

目的建立茜芷片中欧前胡素的含量测定方法。方法茜芷片用甲醇超声提取，以乙腈一水（1：1）为流动相，在流速1．0ml·min^-1，检测波长254nm条件下，采用高效液相色谱法测定茜芷片中有效成分欧前胡素的含量，结果在0．9901～18．00271μg·ml^-1范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0．999987），平均回收率为100．44％，RSD=0．96％（n=9）。结论此法简便、准确、专属性强，可作为茜芷片中有效成分欧前胡素的含量测定方法。

Objective A HPLC method was established to determine the imperatorin in Qianzhi pills. Methods Qianzhi pill was extracted with methanol by supersonic wave and determined by HPLC with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water（ 1：1 ） Flowing rates was 1.0 ml· min-and detecting wavelength was 254nm. Results The linearity was obtained in the range of 0. 9901 - 18：0027 μg·ml^- 1 （ r = 0. 999987 ）. The average recovery was 100.44% and RSD was 0. 96% （ n = 9）. Conclusion The method was simple, rapid, accurate and specific which was useful for quality control of the imperatorin in Qianzhi pills
