上中下通用痛风方治疗急性痛风性关节炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Acute Gouty Arthritis with the Upper-Middle-Lower Gout Recipe

目的探讨上中下通用痛风方对急性痛风性关节炎湿热瘀阻型的疗效。方法 80例急性痛风性关节炎患者,随机分为两组,治疗组40例采用上中下通用痛风方配合西药治疗,对照组40例采用单纯西药治疗。结果治疗组疗效及血尿酸下降明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论上中下通用痛风方治疗急性痛风性关节炎湿热瘀阻型有良好的效果。

Objective To investigate the effects of the upper-middle-lower gout recipe in treating with acute gouty arthritis. Methods 80 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. Patients in treatment group were received Chinese medicine combined with western medicine. Patients in control group were received western medicine. Results The treatment group showed superiority in improving the patients＇ symptoms and lowing UA. Conclusion The upper-middle-lower gout recipe combined with western medicine had a better efficacy than western medicine along in treating acute gouty arthritis which belonged to obstructions of collaterals due to damp-heart syndrome.
