A new type heat transfer media of magnetic refrigeration

摘要 利用Fluent软件,对液态镓铟锡合金(Galinstan,Ga68.5%、In21.5%、Sn10%)作为磁制冷换热介质的换热性能进行模拟,并与水做了对比。结果发现,镓铟锡合金与水相比表现出了极强的换热效率,可以实现较大温跨。在相同条件下,水的零负荷温跨约为7 K,而镓铟锡合金的零负荷温跨达到27 K左右,镓铟锡合金实现最大温跨对应的体积流量约为水的2倍。此外,对镓铟锡合金在磁制冷中应用所面临的氧化和驱动问题,提出了相应的解决办法。 The heat transfer performance of a liquid metal alloy Galinstan ( Ga68.5% , In21. 5% , Snl0% )was compared with water by using Fluent software. As a result, Galinstan has excellent heat trans- fer efficiency and can achieve large temperature span. The no load temperature span is about 27 K while the no load temperature span of water is about 7 K at the same condition, the optimal volume flow rate of Gal- isntan is about twice that of water. In addition, some simple solutions were proposed for the problem of oxi- dation and hard driving of Galinstan when applied in magnetic refrigeration.
