摘要
分析了影响LNG接收站BOG产生量的各种因素,以某一接收站运行数据为依据,综合利用经验公式、建立严格的传热学计算模型等方式建立BOG蒸发量数学模型,计算了整个接收站在卸船、非卸船、最小外输、最大外输等不同工况下的BOG产生总量;并得到BOG蒸发量在各因素的影响下处于不断的波动状态,在LNG接收站工艺系统设计时应充分考虑这种波动特性,从而避免资源浪费,提高经济效益。
The factors affecting BOG production of LNG receiving terminal were analyzed. The mathe- matical model of BOG production, which combined the empirical equation and rigorous heat transfer law, was established. According to the model and one existing LNG receiving terminal' s operating data, total BOG production of the whole terminal was calculated for different operating modes including ship unloading, the minimum output mode, the maximum output mode and so on. It is obviously that the BOG production fluctuates from time to time. This fluctuation should be considered fully when designing the process system of LNG receiving terminal to avoid BOG flare emission as well as promote its economic benefit.
