摘要 温州黄汤原名平阳黄汤,是浙江省的历史名茶,乾隆年间被征为贡茶。后因战乱等原因而失传。近年来温州各县重新研发成功黄汤茶并开始生产,但为黄汤品牌的归属而争论不休。为此,本文略论平阳黄汤的历史渊源,肯定了各县重新研发黄汤茶的成就,并提议整合各地的自然、财力和人才资源,联合组建"温州黄汤开发集团";设立博士后工作站和茶学师生实习站,吸引科研院校师生来开展温州黄汤的研究和提升;依靠广布各地的温商和温州商会,打响温州黄汤的品牌,开拓国际市场;政府和行业协会大力扶持,助推温州黄汤加快发展。 "Wenzhou Huangtang Tea" , formerly known as " Pingyang Huangtang Tea" , was the famous tea in history in Zhejiang province and was once levied for tribute tea in the period of Emperor Qianlong. However, it processing technique was once lost owing to war. Manmy counties of Wenzhou City produced the " Huangtang Tea" by Mining its processing technology. There has been debate about the brand "Wenzhou Huangtang Tea". The settlement of disputes can be obtained by establishing a joint venture "Wenzhou Huangtang Development Group" to organize its production and marketing, to make tea industry bigger and stronger
