摘要
玉米螟是玉米主要害虫之一,化学农药的施用易产生农药残留,从而产生玉米食品安全问题。为选择出可以替代化学农药的安全高效生物杀虫剂,采用药液滴心的方法,以5%高效氯氟氰菊酯微乳剂为对照药剂,用100亿孢子/mL短稳杆菌悬浮剂对玉米螟进行了药效试验。试验结果表明:100亿孢子/mL短稳杆菌悬浮剂600倍液对玉米螟的防控效果最好,对玉米及其他非靶标生物都安全,是玉米防控领域较理想的推广应用产品。
Pyrausta nubilalis (Hubern) is one of the main pests of corn. The chemical pesticide is prone to produce chemical residues and affect the safety of corn. To choose a safe biological pesticide to replace the chemical pesticide, we did the test by dropping 10billion spores/mL of Empedobacter brevis on the Pyrausta nubilalis (Hubern) and chose 5% Cypermethrin EC microemulsion as the control insecticide. The results indicated that 600 times liquid of 10billion spores/mL of Empedobacter brevis had the best effect on the Pyrausta nubilalis (Hubern), and was safe for other non-target organisms. So this biological pesticide can be applied to corn production.
