中国氧氯化锆产业现状及发展对策

Current Situation and Developing Strategy of the Zirconium Oxychloride Industry in China

从生产工艺、产能、产量和出口量以及原料供应等方面介绍了我国氧氯化锆的产业现状,指出我国氧氯化锆产业存在三个方面的问题:工艺技术落后,装备水平低;"三废"处理亟待解决;缺乏行之有效的行业准入制度。分析中国的氧氯化锆产业从技术方面讲,应加大科研投入开发新的提取技术、"三废"处理技术及新装备,开发高附加值的锆化学制品;从产业管理方面讲,应制定严格的行业准入制度,抑制产能过快增长,积极组织和协调氧氯化锆企业间的交流与合作,形成良好的秩序,重视锆产业链中存在的重大技术问题,组织立项研究,推进锆产业进步,使锆产业可持续发展。

The current situation of zirconium oxychloride industry in China was introduced, including production tech- nology, capacity, yield, export volume, raw material and so on. And the major problems of zirconium oxychloride in China was pointed out as follows： the underdeveloped production technology and the low level of facilities; the pollu- tion caused by the production needed to be resolved; the effective industry access system needed to be established. In order to give impetus to the development of zirconium oxychloride industry in China and maintain sustainable develop- ment, China should pay more attention on the aspects of technology and management. For technology, investment in scientific research should be increased, such as develop new extraction technology, three wastes disposal technology, new equipments and high value-added product. For management, in order to control the growth of capacity, the industry access system needed to be established. Besides, organize and coordinate activities with the purpose of strength the ex- changes and cooperation between the enterprises. China should pay more attention on the important technology problems
