摘要 四氯化钛中AlCl3的来源主要有两种:①原料和炉内耐火材料中Al2O3与Cl2反应生成;②低价钛制备过程中Al粉与Cl2反应生成。总结分析了AlCl3对海绵钛生产的影响:①在氯化系统中,会腐蚀设备,堵塞套管;②在精制系统中,增加蒸馏系统负荷,腐蚀设备管道;③在还蒸系统中,会对四氯化钛管道、真空系统管道及真空泵产生腐蚀与堵塞。介绍了国外去除四氯化钛中AlCl3杂质的技术,并结合欣宇化工生产实际,提出采用在气态四氯化钛中加入NaCl的方法去除AlCl3。采用该方法,不仅能减少管道堵塞和降低对设备的腐蚀,还能为企业增加产值70万元/年。 There are two main sources of A1CI3 in titanium chloride, one was from reaction of C12 and A1203 in raw materials and refractory materials, and the other was from reaction of C12 and aluminium powders in preparation process of low valent titanium. The effect of A1C13 on production of titanium sponge was systematically analyzed. Firstly, equipment would be corroded and plug would be blocking in the chlorination system; secondly, distillation system load would be increased and equipment and pipes would be corroded in the refining system; thirdly, pipes of TiC14 and vac- uum system would be corroded and blocked as same as vacuum pump in the reduction distillation system. Removal technologies of A1C13 from titanium tetrachloride liquid in foreign countries currently were also summarized. Based on the actual situation of Panzhihua Gangcheng Xinyu Chemical Co., Ltd., the method of adding NaC1 into TiC14 gas was proposed to removal the A1C13. By this method, the situation of pipe blockage and equipment corrosion could be eased, and the annual value of production could increase 700 000 yuan.
